 Hi there,  thank you for coming back to read my Blog today. Below will be details on what I use and buy to make in my quilted items. Quilting is a method of stitching layers of material together Whe never I make something, that has been quilted. Example has multiple layers of fabric and a padded filler called batting, I always use 100% cotton:  This means that both outer fabrics are made with only 100% cotton fabric. The Thread is also 100% cotton, I love to use the Gutermann brand, I buy the  100% cotton which is perfect for quilting, it sews through the many layers nicely. The Batting itself is also 100% cotton, (I always err to caution), as "100% Cotton Batting can still have something called Scrim" which is a product that holds the batting together with extra support to make the sewing needle glide through it.  So all my Quilts no matter what size or colours, are made with products as above: The scrim for quilts is of no concern at all, as you don't place t...
